Every House of Sól piece is handmade to order in Istanbul — crafted by hand, specifically for you. Here's what the journey looks like.

Production

All pieces are handcrafted to order within two to three weeks by our master artisans. You'll receive an email when your piece enters production, and another when it ships.

Shipping

UNITED STATES

Complimentary insured express shipping on all orders. Delivery within 2–3 business days after production. There are no customs or import fees on US orders. Applicable state sales tax is calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

Complimentary express shipping worldwide — your piece travels fully insured and tracked from our Istanbul workshop to your door. International delivery takes 3–7 business days after production. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival, as determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price.

Order Tracking

Once your piece ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder. You can also check your order status through your account dashboard, or reach us at clientcare@thehouseofsol.com.
