100-Day Return Policy

We offer a 100-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify, pieces must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Email clientcare@thehouseofsol.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

Exchanges

Prefer a different length, finish, or gemstone? We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Reach out and we'll arrange the details.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and applied to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Custom Orders

Custom and bespoke orders are final sale. We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure every detail is right before production begins.
