Domestic Shipping (United States and Turkey)
We ship everywhere in the United States and Turkey for Free.
As we are a handmade-to-order brand, each piece is individually crafted in our atelier, requiring a production period of up to 15 business days before dispatch
Once orders are verified with correct payment details, production and shipping are processed.
Delivery times are indicated from the day when the shipment of your order has been confirmed by the House of Sól. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated. We are always happy to answer questions about your orders, so please feel free to contact our customer service team with your inquiries at clientcare@thehouseofsol.com
Please note that during bank holidays, our distribution center is closed and we are unable to process any orders, however, once we're back, we make sure to pack and ship orders as soon as possible. During these time periods, our customer service has limited availability as well.
House of Sól doesn’t accept any liability for any HoS product that is damaged or lost during the shipping period. If you receive your order damaged, or if it gets lost during shipment, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure you document all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
In case of a higher-than-expected volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do their best to inform you of any unexpected delays.

House of Sól doesn’t take responsibility for any customs and taxes applied to one’s order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
