5-Year Warranty

Every House of Sól piece is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes: structural defects in the Lock mechanism, failure of solder joints or metal connections, and defective clasp or closure components.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, marks, and surface changes from daily use. It does not cover tarnishing, discoloration, or patina development — these are natural characteristics of precious metals over time, especially vermeil.

The warranty also excludes damage resulting from impact, misuse, improper handling, or neglect; exposure to chemicals, chlorine, saltwater, perfumes, creams, or extreme heat; gradual thinning of metal from extended wear; breakage of delicate necklace links caused by pulling or stretching; stone loss resulting from impact or mishandling; loss, theft, or damage during shipping after delivery; and any repairs or modifications performed by third parties, which void this warranty.

Please note: Damage to the HoS Lock™ arms caused by forcing strands in or out without pressing the Lock mechanism as intended — including deformation, weakening, sticking, or loss of tension in the Lock arms — is considered improper use and is not covered under warranty.

How to File a Claim

Email clientcare@thehouseofsol.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours.

Beyond Warranty

After the warranty period, we continue to offer repair and restoration services at cost for all House of Sól pieces.
